A sofa in the lounge room can be folded out to a double bed if required.
Porta Cot and High chair available for hire

Although an older property the house is in good condition. New owner January 2007 has provided:
- all new bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows)
- new towels
- fans in all bedrooms
- flyscreens on all windows
- new curtains
- new BBQ
- new kitchen
- renovated laundry
- new bathroom

A cash bond may be payable to owner for 2-3 night weekend bookings to cover any damages,losses,excess cleaning. Bond will be returned upon departure if premises' condition satisfactory to owner.
