Mermaid Beach Park View is about an hour by road from Brisbane and very well located. In fact, between Runaway Bay to the north and Tweed Heads to the south, it lies at the very centre of the Gold Coast.Mermaid Beach Park View is sited on the beach side of the Gold Coast Highway, on a quiet side street, adjoining a pleasant park. Mermaid Beach itself is 100 metres walk, with no busy roads to cross.

Mermaid Beach is close to the boisterous action of Surfers Paradise but still provides a quiet, more laid back locality.


If coming from Brisbane - take EXIT 90 Nerang Broadbeach Road
If coming from Coolangatta, drive north 25mins up Gold Coast Hwy (just past Sizzlers) and do a u-turn at Cronulla Avenue and then come back and turn left into Ventura Road, 50 metres on the right.
2 mins drive south of Jupiters Casino and Pacific Fair
7 mins drive south of Cavill Ave (central Surfers Paradise)
10 mins walk to Pacific Fair
2 min walk to Surf
100 mtrs to patrolled beach and Mermaid Beach Surf Club.
