| The Penthouses Apartment Complex is a 24 story high-rise situated absolutely on the beachfront. There are no roads to cross so you can walk out of your unit and put your bare feet in the sand. Every three bedroom apartment has views of the beach and some also have river and hinterland views. Each unit is very spacious and is no less than 17m2 and some 22m2, which is bigger than the average home. Each unit is fully self-contained complete with dishwasher, microwave and own laundry. All you need to bring is your clothes and beach towel. We have our own general store for your convenience and security underground parking. A heated pool and spa is provided for your enjoyment. We have a full size tennis court, games room and separate male and female saunas. The Penthouses Apartments are located between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach each only 10-15 minutes walk. Lifesavers patrol the beaches within a 100 metres of your unit.
